Reason for Revision in Scientific Calculator Cost

During initial planning, the scientific calculators were quoted at ₹250 per unit based on a basic model available at that time. However, after physical verification and testing by our implementation team, it was observed that the calculators supplied at this price point were not functioning reliably, with issues such as display errors, key malfunctions, and inaccurate calculations. Since these calculators are intended for Classes XI and XII students, where accuracy and durability are essential, the decision was taken to upgrade to a standard, student-grade scientific calculator priced at ₹500 per unit to ensure proper functionality, longer lifespan, and effective academic use. This revision was made purely in the interest of quality, student benefit, and responsible CSR utilisation.

Reason for Revision in School Bag Cost

Initially, the school bags were estimated at ₹400 per unit based on standard market quotations. However, after sample evaluation and quality checks by our implementation team, it was found that the bags in this price range did not meet the minimum durability and quality requirements for regular student use, including issues related to stitching strength, zip quality, strap durability, and fabric thickness. To ensure that the bags provided are long-lasting, comfortable, and suitable for daily academic use, especially for students carrying multiple books, the specification was upgraded, resulting in a revised cost of ₹500 per unit. This change was made solely to ensure better quality, longer lifespan, and responsible utilisation of CSR funds for student welfare.
